Muzzles  sounds like your puppy needs a behaviorist, i had a chow chow that was very canine/child agressive...I hired a behaviorist and it was by far the best choice i ever made. I saw a complete change in him, we used a presure point muzzle to re direct him, not keep him from biting, the point is to teach the snapping is not ok. But it takes alot of time and patience, and in some cases you need a profesional, which can take alot of money. but if you can afford it, try it, it may just turn out to be the best thing you’ve done.
