Puppy question
My ferret is clean, and always well groomed. Doesnt have any diseases or infections that we know of. My pup has not had 2nd vacs, yet. So do you think it is safe to let them play? or wait til my pup has had his 2nd vacs. |

Even a fully vaccinated, adult dog (or other animal) can carry a germ/disease inside without ever catching it. The only things I know of that could transfer from a ferret to a puppy are rabies and external parasites (fleas, mites, etc.) so as long as both are free of those you shouldn’t have a problem. Just make sure to supervise, ferrets can be develish little guys! |

My puppy is clean of everything for now. We havent took him outdoors either yet, until he is fully vaccinated. |
