 Can ANYONE help?!?!

Well my little APBT pup Milla oh she is really bugging me at the moment!
If anyone doesnt know the part of Norway i live it will rain all the time pretty much, WELL lil Milla walks like a angel on her leash and harness unless its raining! She will pull back which causes her to pretty much strangle herself with the harness she will not go toilet and i just stay outside as im not having her going toilet in my house and she just doesnt go to the toilet so when we get inside she gets put in the cage and we try again 30mins later but its always the samething!
Its evan the same story if it was raining the day before and the ground is all stodgy same story pulling back on the leash and harness
it ends up with my dragging her around as im not having her controlling the walk as it will just stay the same when she is an adult, i have tried calling her and praising when she comes that doesnt work she just pulls back evan more i have evan tried to bribe walk her with treats that dont work either nor does a whistle then treat or clicker then treat evan her normal recall command "Milla" or "Milla come" everytime you try to bribe her or call her she pulls back evan more
it really is doing my head in and as i say resolves in my dragging her as im not having her control the walk im no push over and she doesmt gef away with anything and she isnt starting with this!
Same yesterday when she had to have a bath as she was smelly and dirty you would of thought i was bashing her head off the bathroom walls! She was doing that screaming noise you know when they howl and bark at the same time OH i got such a headache and no amount of pain killers got rid of it!
But evan in the shower praising her when she was quite and giving treats never worked

Anyone able to solve my dilema?

 Can ANYONE help?!?!

It just keeps getting "better" all of today she will not come to me when i call her and if she comes near me shes retty much crawling on her belly, she will not walk on her leash no more just continues to pull in the oposite direction
i registered her with a training class this morning the woman said to pick her up when she cowers & pulls away to reinsure her i tried that and put her back down as she screamed her head off (the bark/howl thing) when on a walk i kept the leash short (its just a nylon one so held it tight so she couldnt wander also what the trainer recommended) she would ended up belly walking and getting between my feet so ended up howling if i booted her when walking so that was getting me angry and didnt want to seem like the person that beats up dogs so i let the leash stay at its normal length she tried to move further away from me and kept on whining

I have done NOTHING abusive to this dog i spanked her bum when she bit me but it drew abit of blood other than that whenever she does wrong she gets a loud AH-AH and evan when she hears that now she runds to her cage instead of the usual ill sit away in the corner and 5mins later ill come back and say im sorry

all of this has happend from yesterday from giving her a bath!! She was caked in mud and stood in she done that screaming noise got out the bath cracked her head off the floor skidded downthe hallway and hid under my dining table amd chairs i picked her up from her scruff as thats what i gcould get her by tried to compfort heer by hugs and speaking softly so she kept on screaming so i put my thumb under her jaw and index finger on the top i never placed ressure what so ever and she stopped immediantly i had to put her back in the shower as she was all soapy

But seriously im at my wits end i have done jack to her and she repays me like this!!
She is just lucky i was in the vet practice that day as Bullies
aremt popular here and i doubt anyone would of taken her from those
junkie couple and if no one did shed be in the local shelter!!

I just dont know what to do!!

Hmm, I had a similar problem with the walking in the rain thing a while back. You may or may not remember my dog, Peaches, who passed away in April of 08. Well, the best advice I can give is to be persistent; she will learn eventually. I have learned that sometimes it helps to invest in inexpensive dog booties, so her paws don’t have to get wet and she can avoid that uncomfortable sensation.
I wish you the best of luck!

hey ghastly!! if the issue persists, id a collar, put it tightly(but not strangling), around the top of the dogs neck(like u see in those dog shows, wen people are walking them around stuff). hold ur leash upwards, then walk. having her collar and leash like that, will make her follow you,in any direction.
i think since dogs turn their heads, and start walking that way,it forbids them to turn their head,so they focas on u., also try quick training tricks so show ur in lead wen walking.ie, wen she pulls(forward or back) quickly turn, and walk another direction, wen she tries again, do the same., it will make her concentrate on where ur going,so she doesnt get the tug of u turning another diection. trust me its the only thing that made me train Faith how to walk nicely. now she loose on the leash, and does great!!
hope sum of this helps, and ur doing well

well so far she has been good out on her leash and harness
yeah i done that with Nelly, Kimbå when i had them and Cassie the family choco Lab i do that with her but they all wore a check chain and so will Milla when out on a walk but obviously when she is older and her bones and muscle are getting stronger if i could put it on her now without damaging her i would!!

Thanks very much buddy :)

Hey Ghast, glad to hear Milla is doing better. Its more then likely just because shes a tiny pup still and probably hasn’t been out in the rain much. After she gets used to the feeling of rain and soggy grass she should be just fine, which shes already getting better :) Just keep up working with her, and take her out in the rain as much as you can. Remember shes an APBT and soon enough she’ll love rain, like they love everything else ;)

i would use a head-halter. or even a head halter/ coller combo. Try 2 make the rain fun! play with her favorate toy in the rain(and bath tub) and give her favorite treat just for being in the rain.
