 Dog Bit By bugs

I think my puppy got bit by somesort of bugs. under his neck. He’s been scratching it alot so i decided to take off his collar. Im not sure what to do with it. Is there anything that needs to be done?

Hmm heres a suggestion a quick check up at the vet shouldnt do any harm, it may be nothing but is better safe than sorry
