How Much My Dascund Eat? 
i have a female mini daschund. she’s about 10 months old. how much should she be eating of dry food a day?

Only about 2 cups of food a day. Since she’s close to a year old, you should only be feeding her twice a day rather than three times.

There should be a diagram, or at least instructions on how much she should be eating on the bag. The higher quality food, the less she has to eat. You are feeding her puppy food, right?

At ten months old it isn’t critical to feed puppy food like it is for large breeds. The lables on the bag are always either to much or to little. You need to have her on a schedule for eating. 1 cup in the morning, 1 at night. Some people prefer to leave food down all day which is fine for small breeds as long as your dog isn’t an over eater, which a lot of your breed tend to be. She’s almost a year old, puppy food isn’t necassary at this point for her like it would be for say a great dane. She could be on an adult diet. But I would like to know what brand of food your feeding her.......
