well thats the way i have always done it i give them food, and if there is some there in the moring i know i gave them enough. i guess just watch the little guy and if he gets overweight then feed him less, u should also provide him with a wodent wheel, google it and youll understand what it is. try mango the love it! just curios who told you to feed them "ice" cubes, never heard of that or crickets i know the love mealworms but never tried crix. your giving them alive right?

Mealworms should be used for treats. It’s alot easier to buy a glider diet and supplement with fruits and veggies. You should also be using vitamins as well.

Check out this site, it will help you with nutrition and bonding.

This site has info on how to feed without using a prepared diet

It is a lot harder thought to make sure your glider is getting correct nutrition with this, but it does give great ideas on some yummy treats and food items.

It’s actually very common to mix up a batch of the most often recommended diet (Modified Leadbeater’s Mix), and then freeze it in cubes. It allows you to add things like extra vitamins and calcium, etc, which would be hard to do in a "fresh fruit in a bowl" type of diet.

yeah thats normal at first eventually he should calm down, i put mine in the pouch during the day so they dont go running around the house, when i have them out at night if they will come out and hang out with me i lock myself in a small room with them and let them run around. my girls still scream at me, i kinda havent been the best with playing with them but i just cut my hours at work so hopefully the little buggers will love me again lol
