 Glider for b day

my sister really wants a glider for her birth day any help would be welcome. like types of books or websites and personal experences. i want her to look at this and research for about any time nessary for her to be ready.

Sugar gliders are great pets, as long as you know what you’re doing. How old is your sister? They are very delicate animals and can be difficult for young kids to handle. They are also very nocturnal, so they sometimes don’t come out at all when she will be awake.

I recommend getting two females, and I would head to Martin’s Cage Co (online) to order a cage. They make them especially for gliders (lots of tall space without a bunch of shelves).

In my opinion, rats make much better first pets and are much easier to handle and take care of than gliders.

she is 15 and that is a big nono in the rats my mom hates rats. do you know a place that has a good price range. and like would it be to get a bird cage with small gaps. how big would the cage need to be.

Martins Cage Co is a great source of cages. If you get a new, appropriately sized, good quality cage you’re going to be spending a good amount of money for something that will last a lot longer than a cheaper, smaller, lower quality cage.

I don’t know where you should get gliders, since the only place I know of to get them where I live is at my pet store (we are licensed to breed them).

Again, I suggest a pair of females.

i got my last glider from thepetglider.com and was pleased and as for the cage we built our own for about 60 dollars and its great and huge about 5 feet by 3 1/2 feet by 2 1/2 feet heres a pic

okay my girlfriend corrected me i putt the measurement in the wrong order and was a little off its actually 3 1/2’ by 3’ by 5’ my bad and it was relitively simple to make
