I think they are great! You can get a many different kinds of feeders. I always buy 1000 mealworms and 1000 crix for $28 or 2000 crix for $30. Free shipping is nice to.

Oh Yeah - i just ordered 4 containers of Pheonix Worms from Man’s worm farm - and they were cheaper than buying them directly from the originator’s, pheonixworm.com site!

Does that mean send them a check in the mail or am I confused.

They use "Google checkout" - it’s like PayPal (but obviously run by google). it is safe and secure - the store you purchase from won’t even get your credit card information - and it only takes a minute to sign up. You can use any major credit card.
I don’t think there is any alternate way to pay man’s Worm farm, so take that into consideration if you don’t use a credit card (or feel nervous about internet charging - by the way, I’ve never had a problem)

I tried to purchase from wormman.com a while back. They immediately accepted my payment. They did not ship immediately. In fact, they did not ship after a few weeks. Repeated attempts to contact them accomplished nothing. Eventually, I had to demand my money back, so instead they decided to ship 2 days after that. My dealings with them tell me they’re very shady. I got no explanation or apologies for refusing to send what I paid for. I won’t be attempting to buy from them again. I’ve found better sources anyways. www.ghann.com has good prices on most feeder insects. www.reptilecity.com also has good prices on feeders. I’ve bought from both without any problems at all.

that’s shocking - i’ve had such repeatedly good service from wormman.com that I have to wonder if there was just some type of glitch - did you get any email communications at all form them - If not I’m curious if you had a spam filter that somehow blocked their emails? If this is the case, they wouldn’t be able to contact you to tell you if there was a backorder or to offer any explanation - of course this is only a guess, and I couldn’t vouch for them personally.
At any rate I’m really surprised to hear any negative report about them, and I will certainly continue to do business with them.

I too have a negative report I dealt with them many times without any problem but I have yet to receive my last order sent Aug 14th. They have not responded to my email I’m gonna have to ask paypal to intervene. There are plenty of other responsible dealers of feeder insects, why take the chance with worm man?

I hate them now.
I order fruit flies, and they came dead. I contacted them and they sent me another dead bottle of them.
I then asked for my money back and 4 months later i am still waiting for that check.
