I知 think about breeding mice instead of buy frozen in bulk.(please read) 
my real question is i know breeding mice is easy.. but how is the make it consistent to the feed of you herps. i got two savs and a Argus all eating pinkies, fuzzies, and hopper .. so i probably will need about 3-4 females mice to deliver that order regularly. i dont really want to feed live, so i figured I would freeze them, but does sticking them in your everyday freezer work, or do i need something that will freeze them much faster? and if i give them fresh pre-killed moments before the meal, what is a good method to achieving this.
please as many answers as i can get
PS. will a male mouse eat the pinkies if left in the cage?

I have a Beardie and a BP and i have about 10 mice 2 boys the rest are females. if that is the least i would have if i were you. Some times the moms eat the babies. that and it takes about 3 weeks for them to give birth . so about every four weeks one mouse will have about 7 mice.

It痴 a great idea!! I壇 recommend rats tho. Rats are easier to care for and breed - in my opinion - and they don稚 stink as much as mice. I am feeding 11 BPs, 2 Argus, 1 Nile & throw a pinky to a Beardie once in awhile. I have 18 breeding females & 2 very lucky males. The Argus eat the most - they would take 2 crawler rats a day if they were offered!! Each of my female rats produce a litter (about 10 pinks) every 2 months. Let me know if you need more details on set up.

hi im thinking when i get my snakes i should breed mice and or rats could you post some pics of ur setup please and how many mice would i need to get three or for a week thanks
