I’ve heard that blaberus.com is a reliable site to order roaches from, though I managed to get mine locally, which may be a better option depending on the legality of bringing in roaches wherever you may be.

As for starting them off, it’s really easy. Put them in a bin (or two depending on how many you want to breed) heat, feed and water them and in a 3-4 months you should be able to start feeding them off while maintaining your breeding colony.

Blaberous is a good place to get them from. WWW.DUBIA.COM looks like a good site as well. I have not ordered from them though.
