Sort of. Slugs are nutritious and highly digestible, but they also carry more parasites than insects from the same habitat tend to, and they also tend to store up a lot of toxins, such as fertilizer and insecticides. if you’re thinking about raising them, captive-bred ones would probably be great for something like a blue-tongue, although many lizard types simply don’t like them. But slugs straight out of the backyard are iffy.
