What i feed my dubia roaches. 
this is what i am feeding my dubia roach colony for proten. its 45% crude protein. 18% crude fat. 1.6 crude fiber. 8% moisture. 7% ash. .10% magnesium. .15% tourine. .15% omega 3 fatty acids. 2% omega 6 fatty acids.

thats really not necessary. I don’t know a sole that pays for food for there roaches. remember they are ROACHES they breed and multiply by eating anything. I just feed mine reptile scarps EX: beardie salad leftovers, moist dry dog food, mice that my snakes did not eat,.....etc. And they multiply like crazy!!! if you feel that this food is really worth buying and u are having tremendous success with it than go ahead but I’m just telling you my honest opinion.

yeah thats just how i do things i guess. its really healthy and therefore really healthy for my reptiles. your right though.
