the best thing to use is pettmoss, and spray it down with water 2 times a day. Sand will do but it can make your lizard sick. The tank you see of mine has ESU lizard litter in it but it’s only a temp tank till i get the orther tank out of the shop from repares, and had to get some holes drilled in it to mount a life like background.

i have a couple of lizards. three small, 1 large fence lizards, and 2 alligator lizards. the fence lizrds are ,the small ones,about 4-5 inches long, and the large one is about 6 inches.the alligator lizards are about ,um,like 8 inches?i’m not exactly sure.

you do need to put a high place in your tank. the lizards got their name from being on a high fence post. i noticed some of you do not have a "fence post"
