HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got my first two lizards about 3 weeks ago. We just recently bought a tank and I was wondering if I am doing everything right. I was told by the pet store clerk to buy bark-like filling for the tank and put in some twigs and branches [which i have done]. We have been using the normal light for aquariums as their heat and light source. The store owner told me this was a fine idea. They seem to be loving it, but how long should I leave this on a day? Is it fine for all day? I believe they are both still young fences because they are only about 2 inches long. I believe they also might both be females because I did not see any blue on them but one of them are smaller and darker than the other. Please help me out and let me know what you think. I have been feeding them crickets and they have a little den to hide in when they feel a bit scared.

HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well it doesn’t matter how long you keep on the light. just find some way to measure the temperature in there, and keep it at the right temperature for your lizard. i don’t know what the "right" temperature is, but i’ve heard it’s somewhere around 80-95 in the day and 70-75 in the night (F). crickets are usually a great meal for them, but i suggest you find out what species they are and see what food they prefer. good luck with your lizards.
