Ginny freaked out & tried to run after & eat a roach that was like twice as big as her head yesterday when we came across it in our basement, I had to squash it fast to keep her off of it. I thought at first a cockroach would be bad for her & then I realized, why should I stop her from eating one? In the wild I would assume she would eat roaches, what do you guys think, safe or no? I can go outside at night & catch a couple smaller ones around here for an occasional snack if they’re ok to feed her?

oh man I hate roaches... My wife would die if I brought some into the house! But to answer your question, Yes you can and probably should feed her roaches... They are probably what she lived off of if they are plentiful where you live(I NEVER see roaches unless im in a pet store that is selling them or doing work on a seriously nasty house) They are said to be a perfect replacement for crickets too... GL and dont let them escape in the house!!!!
