Just got a fence lizard and i dont know what to do

okay so when i got home my dad told me he caught me a lizard ,and when i looked in my tank (20 gallon long)it was a baby fence lizard he’s very jumpy and alert,so i just left him alone.
I MAINLY HAD THIS TANK READY FOR A LEOPARD GECKO
so what i have in my tank is a lot of hides ,a under tank heater, some leaves,a water dish, and i have green carpet.

its pretty hot around where i live right now because its summer time and we just had a big fire at the next town,so every day when i get home its usually 86-90 in the tank

i have a 75 watt bulb and a 75 watt red bulb (for night)
also at night its pretty hot but when i wake up in the morning its around 64-75

even though its that hot in my area,do i still turn on the bulbs?
what about night time?
what do i feed him?
willl he drink from a water dish?
would he fight a leopard gecko?or would they get along?(just asking I AM NOT PUTTING THEM TOGETHER)

I can answer 2 questions for you: They cannot get along with a loepard gecko. These are woodland animals, not desert. And they donot drink from a water dish, but they do soak, and soaking means drinking. I cant see mine drinking, but peices of bark get in there, and the water gets pretty dirty. Do you live near Pasadena?
