#2274608 WhenAllFails View Profile	BIGGEST SURPRISE EVER! hey everyone, i know it’s irritating to see all caps, but i’m amazingly excited. so apparently i didn’t get all the eggs from my fence lizard. because today when i was about to feed her i found 6 baby fence lizards! it was a HUGE surprise for me. i mean big. i’ll see if i can get some pics up later.

If you lower it to the low 80’s you could have a better chance of getting females. But, the sex if probably already determined since usually its what matters at the beginning of incubation.

#2274687 WhenAllFails View Profile	Message To: Baja   In reference to Message Id: 2274670  BIGGEST SURPRISE EVER! i have heard about temperature determining gender in sea turtles. always wondered if that was the same for other herps. but it doesn’t really matter now. what i was wondering is how many days do they feed off the yolk before they start eating crickets? yesterday (their hatching day) i put a few pinheads in the enclosure they are in. only one took interest and caught one, but didn’t eat it. they also drank tons of water yesterday. i was a bit surprised. they all drank a good amount from a dropper i was using.
