Herping in Alabama! 
Next week is my march break and were going to Alabama this time! I was wondering if anyone knows good places to go down there, we will be mostly along the coast around Mobile and we might also go into the Florida Panhandle.

Ive never herped there so I cant be much use, though the amphibians will definitely be moving by then and you will probably find a bunch of diurnal snakes basking. Good luck and take lots of pictures!

If you head west into florida try the Apalachicola forest. I will be there next week. It is a great place to herp. (pics only. DNR will get you.) We always find alot of cool stuff. Scarlet Kings are some of my faves.
