Thanks! Sorry about the confusion - the C. c. melanomaculatus is actually the grey lizard above the blue C. dickersonae. I labeled the photos below their respective picture :) Any requests for future posts?

Gerrhonotus infernalis, that’s an alligator lizard, right? And are the Sceloporus lizards types of fence lizards? Have you ever been bitten by a beaded lizard? The collared lizards are gorgeous, is this all in Mexico? Gecko pics would be awesome to see, and have you found any cone headed lizards? I think those are pretty far south in mexico...And this may be a dumb question, but are there any monitors native to that area?
And I love the pictures, thank you so much for sharing!

Yes, Gerrhonotus is a genus of Alligator lizard, and Sceloporus are commonly referred to as Fence or Spiny lizards. I have never been bitten by a beaded lizard :) I have traveled within the range of Cone-Headed Lizards, but never have found one...Laemanctus and Corytophanes are very cool lizards though! Monitor lizards are strictly Old World lizards. I’m glad you enjoyed the photos!
