 More fish or not yet?

i have this white goo in my tank and i know its left over food and poo but i am cleaning it real soon but i am just wondering. Once i clean it out, should i wait a few days to get more fish or could i get them like on the same day?

the nitrogen cycle is when the chemicals in the tank are completely balenced

just search for it on the internet

Did all of your fish die when this "goo" showed up? Or did you have fish in the tank at all when the "goo" showed up? If you had fish in it when the "goo" showed up for at least 4 - 6 weeks, assuming you didn’t overload your tank when you first put fish in it, your tank should be pretty well cycled and ready for more fish. If the tank never had occupants, or they all died off, you may want to get only a couple fish to start with and wait a few weeks, and then add more. The slower you go, the easier and faster the cycling of the tank happens. Here’s a decent site that explains a little about the Nitrogen cycle in a fish tank: Link

no my fish didn’t die.they r still alive. and i only have 5 small fish in my tank.
2 cherry barbs,1 zebra,an orange fish that looks like a molly but its not, and 1 yellow fin
