I set up a 20gallon for my husband as a birthday gift. We had no cover so he decides to cover the tank with a board that is made of toxic ink. Well long story short the water got cloudy. I was so mad he had done this. Well the good thing is I was running the tank a couple days so no fish where in it. Well today I cleaned everything with baking soda. I’m getting a new filter cause we used an old one. Back to step one. Anyway do you think the tank will be safe now that it was been cleaned. I’m afraid there will be toxins left in the tank and will kill our fish.
