um... u seem to be housing tropheus dobousi (sp.?) in ur community tank..... generally considered hat it should only be kept in a species tank/tropheus only tank. they are still very young atm. when they grow they lose their spots and get a white band around the neck.
they do get pretty aggressive with age... just somthing to watch.
