 My frilly,mental? or just derranged?

my frilled dragon keeps having these spasms and bobs his head vigorously while one of his arms just keeps extending at the same time.while this is happening his frills come out a little bit.i have also noticed he jumps head first into the glass in his viv. what is the cause for this as im sure this is not normal. how can i stop him from doing this?

How could this be said politely, --He’s horny and sees his reflection in the glass. Ya I guess that should do it!
