 Bottom Cage Temp

I have my frilled in a 60 gal tank with a heat pad/lights for the hot side of the tank I am also using a mix of reptile carpet and slate tile for the base of the hot side and my question is what should the max temp be for the hot side bottom of the tank? I have measured it with a digital thermometer and have seen it get to 115 I am just afraid that might be too hot for the underside of my frilly.

thats too hot for him your right. Have a basking spot for him at around 95 degrees and then keep his tank itself at around 88 during the day and 76 at night.. hope that is better help than the last one hehe
