 Enclosure Construction

I just used regular plywood for the frame of the enclosure, and wire mesh to create the rocks on the walls.


Drywall plaster for texture


Side window


Almost done


Complete



The enclosure is 48" H x 30" W and 12" for the windows.
I encourage everyone with a frill to build a cage for them, they’ll eventually need the space!!

The only problem I have is that I can’t handle him yet, still freaks out when I try! lol
Could it be because he moved from a small tank to a large one?

Thanks for sharing! That is truly amazing. I am trying to decide between a frilly and a beardie! The cage I am looking to buy is similar to yours though-I just might have to build it! You did such a wonderful job. Yeah-he might need some time to adjust!

that’s an amazing cage/////Angle kitty! get a frillier they are the coolest/they take a little more work but it’s worth it /my frilly is my best friend! and they are alto cooler than bear dies in fact frillies eat bear dies!well younger ones any way!great cage thanks for the tips I will use some of your techniques on my next cage!

The minimum for 1 frillie is a 4ft H~3ft L~ 3ft W.
