Help!! 
I have a 1 year old female frilled, and today her right eye is swollen. She can open it, so I don’t see anything in it. The only change recently was her UV bulb, could this be the problem? I turned it off cause I saw other complaints about the Reptisun 10.0. She is still eating but my vets away on holidays. Any suggestions?

You said you had a reptisun 10.0, is that the long tube or the compact bulb? The long reptiSUN 10.0 tube is good as well as the reptiGLO 8.0 tube-the compacts are bad. Normally if it is a bulb problem then both eyes would be shut most of the time, the animal would be lethargic, loss of appetite, etc. I would try to post a pic like chippychop stated. Maybe she got something in her eye-loose substrate, etc.

Whatever was in there is out now and we’re cleaning her eye with a diluted saline solution as recommended by a vet that I called. Thanks for the help, perhaps it was dirt or something...thanks again!!
