Frill questions 
Well all I am looking into getting my first frill dragon it will be a adult that looks to be max size I am going to be building a custom cage from melamine wood and sealing around the edges with Aquarium grade silicone and placing contact paper on the bottom to keep to much moister from messing it up. Now a few questions That I have for you guys are the specs on what I plan to build It will be 6 feet tall X 4 feet wide X 2.3 to 2.5 wide. That is where my plan changes from most other sizes that I see. My question is will this pose a problem for it I would love to do the three feet but it would make a tight fit in my room and there would be no getting the cage in or out of the door way with it being over 2.5 feet wide. I do tree work so there wont be a lack of climbing objects and I doubt that they will ever come down off of them and yes I do a 1 part bleach to 9 parts water solution and bake the logs and inspect for anything that could hurt my animals before it goes into the tank. So what do you guys think about my specs I will also be making a custom back ground with working water fall into the water dish along with Bio active substrate and some live plants to help with humidity and fecal matter I could see some trouble with bringing a giant cage in and out the front door. On a side note any one here ever use that habacrete stuff its supposed to be really good for custom back grounds rather than using grout. Ok back on topic any info on caging or care you could give me would be greatly appreciated I really want to get started on this and wanted to go into town early before work to get all the supplies so replies as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated.

Great! I will do that me and my friend will get the tank started tomorrow and hopefully I can get the lizard this weekend. Ill try to go into the pet store when I pick up the wood its only a short way from home depot and snap some pics of it I think its the new guinea species but I cant be to sure like I said this will be my first frill and last reptile until I can get a bigger place. Got any tips or things I should be aware of I would love to here them you cant learn to much about there care and I want to be totally prepared. I was worried cutting down those few inches would bother him but then I got to thinking hell with all the branches I can get I don’t think he will ever have to come down.

Thank you I will be getting the female on tuesday it looks like. I have a question for you chippy or anyone that can answer it there is a male in there also but hes skinny like you can see his back bones and the reptile guy in there said it could be internal parasites hes been trying to fatten him up with mice wax worms and other things like that that are higher in fat and protein to no avail do you guys know what it could be. I would love to get him to but finances limit me to one a month lol. He is aussie if that helps any captive breed exact age isnt know but between one and two. He has already reached adult size if you guys need any more info to help me figure out what is wrong just let me know
