My frill came today. mites and skinny
he seems really skinny. when i read another post yesterday about mites behind the frills i gave my own frill a look see. sure enough he had dry skin and about a dozen mites. his vent also had a few mites. poor thing. he was even bleeding. he also has 2 missing toe tips and a damaged tail tip. his nose is a lil pink but i will hope it grows over. and he is pretty skinny. i hope to god he doesnt have internal buggies. he broke my bank and i cant aford a vet visit for 2 week =X he ate once i put crickets in his enclosure. but i quickly took him back out to avoid mites getting in there. i bought some reptile relief. i also bought night crawlers and offerd him some wax worms. though, after his lil wash up he wants nothing to do with food. poor thing he/she looks LOVELY with the Rosy belly. doesn’t like to be held much yet but he’ll learn to trust quickly, only after he adjusts to his new home.

There are a couple of things we can do to rectify the problem.....The lizards are captive born; however, we do treat all incoming animals for parasites. Due to time constraints because of the Christmas shipping deadlines, we would not be able to ship until after Christmas. In any event, we stand behind our goal to achieve customer satisfaction. Let me know what you would like to do.

he still hates to be held. and still wont eat infront of me. but the fact that there were no crickets roaming around this morning and the fat belly shows he’s eating. he also doesnt really wander around his tank yet. its to soon. he isnt agressive twards me except for 5 min into bathing and giving him that mite spray.
