 Feeding Schedules

I have no idea when to tell if he is full...! When I got him he wasnt eating anything. Gradually with time he started eating but whenever he eats (i feed him with tongs) he just grabs them like he hasnt eaten in days. How many crickets do you feed your guys in one sitting, is it every other day or everyday, and how often do you supplement? I’ve estimated this guy at about 10months. He’s about 15inches and weighs about 75grams and growing. In the month I’ve had him he has gained about 30 grams and a half inch. But he was also not taken care of well. ANY help would be great. Thanks

 Feeding Schedules

Looks like I need to get him some roaches. I ordered a thousand crickets from online and I ordered them small instead of large and he is eating 50 a day and thats only when I stop. He could eat more I’m sure. I wonder if he would eat the roaches though. He still wont eat crickets unless he sees the tweezers. I’ve been trying to ween him off but its hard. I think carolinapetsupply has some roaches.

 Feeding Schedules

i usto not be able to feed my frills in a seporate enclosure from there home. crickets can crawl out of it so i dont like tossing crickets into it.

i finally just didnt feed them for 2 days and tossed my frills into a 20 gallon long and they ate like pigs.

maybe you could try this method... spoiling with tweezers isnt so bad... but time consuming.

my frill usto only eat out of a deli cup
