 Eating fish

does anybody have any knowledge on whether or not fish is too irregular in a frillies natural diet to be healthy? I was thinking of trying to feed a few feeder fish/ guppies in a water bowl to my N/G. i know people feed their water dragons fish

those fish harbor alot of bacteria and possibly parasites i dont recommend it unless you trust your pet store you get the fish from.

plz dont they are meant to carry far to much thiamine and generally are not meant to be fed to any animal and the fins can cut their throat.
