well could you post pictures of your set up and the frill dragon?
how long has she not been eating. whats the temps in your enclosure and whats your light cycle

the dragon could be sensing winter is coming.
your dragon could be maturing, adult dragons though they eat more. eat less often.

vets will never know why a dragon stops eating unless something shows up in blood work. vets are sometimes useless and a waist of money :( but could also save your dragons life

we need more information to be able to help you. please tell us everything there is to know about your set up and your dragon

Hi Axolotlsx5,
Some of the things we need to know are:

What are your temps and humidity levels?

What are you using for heat?

What are you using for lighting? Do you have a UVB bulb? and What kind is it?

What is the Frill’s diet? What are you feeding him?

What size is your enclosure?

What are you using for substrate?

keep temps from 103 down to 76 at the bottom. have a zoomed fogger, feed her crickets, meal worms. use 6 100 watt zoomed power sun inside cage is 30 inches deep 4 foot high and 4 foot long with 3 tiers have lights on 12 hours

6 100 wats @_@ omg thats bad!!!!!!

idk i havent seen a picture of your enclosure. but have you always had your set up this way? thats 600 wats of radiant heat.

does your frill hang out in the cooler area of the enclosure. or does she like to stay up and warm? if your frill is in the cooler sections and does not seek out warmth theres an issue

if your firll loves the lamps then you should be ok. but my concern is that with all those hot hot hot bulbs in there cooking the humidity out of the air there could be a dehydration issue on hand.

foggers are OK but misting and evaporating is a better method. foggers tend to creat different kind of humid air. the kind that can possibly cause respiratory infection if not properly used.

theres so much that it could be its not even funny. we need pictures.

things it could be

dehydration from being to hot

stress from unknown factor (new dog new kid new item in room)

stress causing frill not to seek out warmth

humidity to low

humidity to high

winter is coming and your frill is old enough to "hybernate"

your frill notices the time difference threw the window and is slowing down for winter

your frill is maturing and isnt eating as much as usual

your frill is gravid and about to lay

your frill has a parasitic infection

your frill has any type of infection

i could keep going ... but i think you get the idea.
we just need pictures, information. and more info about set up

the high temp in her cage is 103 and i switched from zoomed to mega-ray sb 100 watt. from the things i read 103 isnt too hotthis is a entire screened cage so she gets plenty of ventilation. havent figured out how to add photos in this lounge i do have photos poster in the photo section. been to the vet had blood work done and cant fiind anything wrong, so should i keep force feeding her or can she go couple of weeks with out food?

 Frilled dragon

omg how long have you been force feeding her!?!?!?
how long has it been since she last ate on her own?!!??!

ok i think your main issue is humidity. a whole entire screen enclosure wont hold humidity. and all those darn lights in there suck even more humidity out. my frills are at 65-85% humidity. you shouldnt go lower then 35% for longer then only a few weeks. 2 weeks max...

she wont eat cuz she is dehydrated.... stressed.....

screen enclosures are a huge nooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

unless you have so much greenary, branches, and everythingg to be able to keep the humidity up...

chameleon owners use misting systems that fire off few times a day.... even then its hard to keep the humidity in...

please please please read my damn sick and suborn frill dragon care sheet!!!!!!!!!

force feeding creates so much stress you wouldn’t believe it should only be done in the worst cases.

:) wonderful. i am sorry you were miss informed. i was too when i first started out... but at least you have us.. and me!!!! i been doingg lots of research on my own and try to help any one that comes here :)

all but 20% of the enclosure should be plexi.

i have a 130 gallon tank . and it only has a 1.5 inch strip across the top. and a 1.5 inch strip across the bottom for ventilation. wow right? almost NO air what so ever can get in ...

i wired up computer fans to push air in and now my frills are alot happier... so 95% of the enclosure is glass while 5% is screen. no good... but, my humidity stays for days on end.. i actualy have to open the glass front and use a flat peice of cardboard to push air in before i hooked up the fans .

just remember.. more lights more radiant heat more moisutre gets sucked out and more moisture leaves the skin from your frill dragon. just like staning in the sun to long.

i would reduce the amount of lights. doing so just make sure your over all temps dont fall lower then 75 being hte lowest. 85 being avarage. and 100 being a nice basking spot.

i have a water dragon that almost died because the heat from a MVB, just like what you have. i found her on her back almost dead, dehydrated and in shock.... she’s still recovering ....

be smart and use your best judgement. we’re here to help you make a perfect habitate for your critter!
