 Ot : my other hobby update

well idk if i posted up on here but i have a car. and my car is an expression of myself like art @_@. i love her very much and i have been working on her for 5 years now little by little. only going after the best prices and best deals and doing almost everything i can myself.

i just recently finished the body and paint work on her back in july. i went in for a clear coat sand and buf (sand down the look that is bumpy called orange peal caused by the way the paint comes out of the gun)

so heres some pix of some work.i was taught how to buff and polish

AHHHH those cars are soo sweet!!! I love rotarys =)
I dont have one of those but my project car is an 87 Xr4ti. I love these cars because of there uniqueness and just how cool they look. As soon as I get all the preformance kinks worked out I’m going to get a custome body kit, but thats far down the line!




The last pic is the new beefy 5.0 Mustang motor that was swaped into the car!

Merkur Xr4ti’s wer pretty much a watered down Ford Sierra Cosworth that wer winning rally races in Europe.
Merkur was Fords attempt to compete with BMW and Audi over the foreign car market in the US. They failed to do so because sellers didn’t know anything about the car an preferred to sell a Mustang instead. Mrekur Xr4ti’s and Scorpio’s wer sold From 1986 to 1989 until they wer discontinued due to lack of sales.

wow those are pretty cool i like it.. i never heard of this car before though weird. that must have taken a lot of money to fix up. whats the car off to the right in the overall view. ive probably never heard cause im usually lookin at lotus elises and lamborghinis. lol but i still that would be an awesome car to own. again it looks great.
