 Tank temp, please help

My pacmans tank is currently at 80f during day and 70 on a night, i know this isnt warm enough and am asking for help to boost the temp, i currently am using a heat mat at each side of his tank and a UV light above,is the UV actually needed? i have heard mixed reports, if someone could clarify it it would be great?? would an over tank heat bulb be a good solution?? please help people as my little froggy is cold

Those temps should be fine for a pacman...most reccomend 75f ..

Uv is not needed but some prefer it with live plants especially...Though I use regular type bulbs with my tree frogs and also infra reds and night bulbs..... my plants are fine..
