one of my tads just finished his transformation and i have no idea what he is! also, when should i start feeding him, these pics are from today and he still has a tiny bit of his tail left.

sorry, I love newly morphed frog babies...they’re probably the cutest babies on the face of the planet with those giant heads and big golden eyes lol
yeah so aside from my new love obsession with your frog, I’d say it’s probably a bull or green frog :D

lol thanks. yea i love him to death, he’s so cute! now i just gotta wait for the other to sprout his legs and it’ll be double the fun! one day he just had his full back legs and then i didnt check for like two days and then all of a sudden he had his front legs!

He looks like a Green Frog to me. You should start feeding him crickets in two days. Don’t worry if he doesn’t eat them right away. That’s what my bullfrog did and we left them in all day. In the evening, though she ate them.

P.S. His eyes are so big and cute!!!

Green and bulls look almost identical when they are young.
One way you can tell thats a bull frog is that Its 4th toe extends further out than all other true frogs, and the webbing on toes goes out farther
