 Pacman frog question

For a pacman, ornate, or fantasy frogs what kind of heat mat would you reccomend that I buy.

I am pretty new to pacman frogs and can’t find any specific heating pads.

umm, i got like a... crap, watsit say, o man i dont wanna go tear it apart uhhg, u better b happy im doin this, zoo med. it’s really small so I’m buyin 2 4 my 10 gal. aren’t that hot either, but it works hope this helps
