My African clawed frog has developed 4 white spots (one on sides in front of legs and one on different spots on each foot. She is very old 9-11ish (i was second owner). I have thoroughly cleaned the tank and removed all objects. Filtration Is very good with and over sized filter. She is in a 29gal. any ideas?

Are they fuzzy or more pimplr looking? Mine get the pimple looking ones now and then. I leave them alone and they come and go. Actually, they are always there but sometimes more pronounced then at other times.
