Ceratophrys ornata (Argentine horned frog) or Ornate horned frogs are one species that is most widely available. Ceratophrys cornuta (Surinam horned frog) and Ceratophrys cranwelli (Cranwell’s horned frog) are also in the pet trade but in fewer numbers are are more expensive, and hybrids exhist as well often called Fantasy Frogs.
