i found this info from this site: http://clawedfrogs.com "Fungal Infections - fungal infections are very common in these frogs and other amphibians too. Abscesses can be seen in the organs but usually there are ulcers and reddening on the skin, often with fur like white strands emanating from it. The fungus can be treated successfully with fungicides such as Tetra Fungistop but internal infections may require treatment with Sulfadiazine. Fungal infection may recur but with proper treatment and hygiene they can be easily controlled." thats really all i could find. i only have one myself, and ive never heard of that happening before. |

It’s only the cloaca that is red and the males are perfectly healthy so if it is a fungus it doesn’t seem to be spreading very quickly. I’m not completely sure but it almost looks like the cloaca is swelled or deformed but again I can’t get a very good look at her I’ve been looking all over the Internet and can’t find anything on it at all. |
