Is my water filter current too strong for my AFDs?

I’ve got 3 AFD’s in a 10 gallon tank. I’ve only had them for three days. The tank I have for them is an Aqua Via 380 and has trickle filter in hood where the clean water comes out of a row of holes back on to the surface. This creates a current forcing downwards in several places. Having read on this website that ADF’s like still water so I am worried about them not being happy in my tank with the this filter mechanism. They must be coming up to for air as they are alive and well. Are they OK in this tank. they have live plants an anubis plant on a bogwood stalk, a piece of bogwood, terracotta hidy holes and an abalone shell to hind under and a live moss ball is in there plus a small amount of fine gravel.

Sorry, I can’t find a way of editing my first message but of course I mean ADF’s not AFD’s. Also, in case anyone is wondering the tank is cycled as I used water and filter media from my 215 litre tropical tank where I first put the frogs for one day, but then decided to give them a separate tank having read up more about them. The bogwood and plant also came out of the existing tank. I should have used spell checker too, as "hind" should be "hide" of course.
