Pac man  my pacman is always burried and dosnt even come out for food. ive herd they do that when the conditions arnt right. but ive been kepping temps are 85 to 88 and humidity at 6o to 70% which from what ive read is good. any ideas. he looks healthy and fat but idk.

Pac man  That sounds too hot, if that’s the overall temperature. I’m not saying make your hot end cooler, because often they do want to be quite warm, but you need more of a thermal gradient. That’s why I favor using humungous clear plastic storage tubs for a horned frog. The floor doesn’t conduct heat around as much as dangerously as glass does, and the sheer size of it buys you a huge margin of error on temperature flunctuations.

Pac man  yeah i know what u mean....its a 10 gallon and my dome light dosnt give much of a gradient...
