 Is a pacman frog better 4 beginers then the whites tree frog
Need to know please!!!! I already got a pacman but should i give it away and get a whites tree frog.

every where i’ve gone i’ve heard that whites are the best beginners frog, especially if u want to handle them. i bought a red eyed tree frog, and he isn’t for beginners i’ve now found out, (pet store people aren’t all experts apparently. but the white’s get bigger than i want my frog to be. the red eyes stay under 3, and even 2.5 inches. plus packman eat mice eventually i think, that will get more expensive. i’ve read that u can feed you white’s pink mice, but that will make them fat and unhealthy if done regularlly, good luck with your decision

I would stay with your pacman frog. You never have to feed them mice thats only if you want to, I wouldnt reccomend feeding mice anyway because they are full of fat. Plus whites tree frogs are high maintenence. They atleast need a 20 gal HIGH or bigger. High tanks are higher and go up. As the frog gets bigger, you will have to buy a bigger tank. Pacman frogs can stay in one tank their whole life. Thats my opinion on this.

a 10-gallon tank is fine for it’s whole life. pacmans don’t jump high. some don’t jump at all because they get so fat. mine is 3" and can barely jump 5" up.
