Yes, you can use a fogger. Dart frogs need very high humidity, and a fogger is a good way to get humidity. Some foggers will get hot if on for a long time, so try to use it in intervals of say, 5 minutes every 3 hours, if you can get a timer.

If the humidity is high enough, surprisingly no standing or running water is needed, unless you are trying to breed them. I would stay away from tubs of water, because they may drown, and females have been known to pin down other females. If this happens in water, the unfortunate female will drown. A small waterfall is usually suitable, plus it is pleasing aesthetically.

Dart frogs do not specifically need UV bulbs, although it has been proven to increase the chances of the females laying fertile eggs. Stay away from heat lamps, they can be deadly to the frogs, and their temperatures fluctuate occasionally. Heat lamps can also "burn" holes through the plants. Personally I use a UV flourescent tube. It helps the plants, has a nice natural light, and causes the dart frogs to distinguish between night and day.
As for temperatures, 70 would be fine for night. Dont let the day temperature get over 85 degrees, preferably it should be 75-80 degrees.

As of right now I dont, but I will be breeding them next year. I can answer some of your breeding questions, although other members (who have bred them) will be more knowledgable in this area.

You also mentioned that you are ordering two different species. Make sure that you keep them in different enclosures (just in case you didn’t know).

Good luck! Some good sites are www.saurian.net, www.blackjungle.com, dendroboard.com, or you take a look at my caresheet. Link
