 How to convince my mom
ok so i have leopard geckos and i take care of them but my om wont let me get a garter snake at petco they have eurpian garters and i need your help... i need a way to convine mym mom to get a garter snake she thinks they are smilly and she is afraid of snakes i rely want a garter snake =( so tell me ways t ocinvince my mom lol its soo unfair she isnt spending a penn on it she will not alow a snake though and tell me what is the smallest garter i think she will feel better of its smaller

I had to do the same thing tell her they only get about 1 1/2 long but they really get 2-3 long but she wont know the difference and dont listen to the tag they said mine was a indonesian garter snake and it was a striped keelback it aint even a garter snake. and garter snakes arent smelly at all unless u dont clean out there cage. Petco will probably tell u that they only eat fish but they dont they can eat pinkys which are really small mice tadpoles frogs newts salamanders and worms what size do u have your leo in u can keep them in a 10 for a little while until u get a 20 gallon or bigger im not sure what the smallest garter is but it would only be a couple inches a part and tthe 4 garters that ive had never bit me at all 1 tried to because i was carring the fish in my hand and after it ate the fish it was still hungry and i smelled like fish so he tried to bite me

i got a 20 gal and 2 ten gals but both my leos are living in the 20 gal so idk ... i am trying to move get them to say yes if i make toom in the garage ( half of it is filled with junk) so yah ty for the help

1. USE periods.
2. DO NOT USE "U" instead of "You".

1. Also USE periods.
2. USE spell checker.
3. Try getting a garter from the wild, at least that way you know it is a garter and doesn’t have as many defects as the ones you find at Petco, which oddly enough aren’t even garter snakes most of the time (just ask Animalover96).

Its illegal to catch wild ones and keep them, but nobody really cares. I got mine through a small game permit someone else had.
