 Feeding

I like snakes and was looking into getting one, but I couldn’t get past what you have to feed them. Such as minows, guppies, and pinkie mice. How does everyone do it? Im not being mean, I want to know how you get over feeding cute things to a snake. I have other reptiles, so I have no problem feeding bugs or worms, I just can’t feed them anything else. If you hadn’t figured it out yet, Im a girl. So what do you do?

I purchase my mice frozen and in bulk. That way I don’t have a chance to make "friends" with them.
Frozen mice and frozen rats don’t do anything cute. lol

I don’t keep feeder fish in a aquarium. I keep my feeder fish in a bucket with small filter and aeration. So once again it hard to get attached to a buch of small fish in a bucket.

I also keep feeder crickets, earthworms, wax worms, and super worms. But I never have liked them.

They are able to do it because they have a cold heart and they are dead inside.

When you have frozen mice they are already dead so its not that big of a deal. If you don’t like feeding the live fish you could always freeze them to. At least you wont have to watch them freeze to death. I use to freeze guppies so I wouldn’t have to keep them alive in a tank.
