 Possible?

So I cannot find any gartersnakes yet. and its been close to 75 degrees outside and I am wondering if it would work if I set up a rock formation in a warm place in the woods and check it weekly for snakes. Do you think it could work?

i dont think it would work. if you had fish hanging in a cage and when it bite it it would close then it would get trapped and you could get a garter snake
