 Incubating Substrate

Could peat moss or coco-bedding be an alternative form perlite or vermiculite for incubating crested gecko eggs?
-thanks

I personally wouldn’t use it. It would be hard to maintain moisture with the soil and also hard to measure the moisture level. The soil also won’t allow for air flow. I use vermiculite and have never had a problem.. it works great for me.

At a home and garden store like Home Depot, Lowes.. it depends on where you’re located and what’s near you.
