GECKO JUST LAYED 1ST EGG AND SEEMS SICK? Our 3 year old gecko just layed her 1st egg because we just accuired a male about amonth ago. She only layed one egg, and now seems still restless and digging. She won’t eat and her tail is thiner. Does she still have another egg in her? We got rid of the 1st egg, we don’t want more. Can she be hurt with breading? Should we seperate them? How long after laying an egg does she get back to normal?

GECKO JUST LAYED 1ST EGG AND SEEMS SICK? Seriously, you should have done alot more research before doing this.. If you aren’;t going to be keeping the eggs get that male out of there! The female is using up a ton of her calcium to make those egg, and no matter what she will be laying eggs for months and months now because they store sperm. If you don’t want eggs why would you put a pair together? Why don’t you people do your research before just throwing stuff together?! Come on!
