New Gecko and she just laid eggs! Help!
About a month ago we got our first gecko, and needless to say we had no idea she was pregnant until this morning!!!! We had no intentions of breeding, but now she’s trying to lay her first egg and it appears to be stuck to her (for at least an hour that I know of). She’s walking around kicking sand (I know, I know, we’ve been relying on advice from the local pet store up until now and I’ll get rid of the sand once we’re out of this predicament) Any help would be appreciated!

New Gecko and she just laid eggs! Help! i’m not sure what type of gecko it is, but some of them will "carry" them in their back legs for a little bit before depositing them into whatever substrate they made their "nest" in. I wouldn’t be worried about it unless it seems to be stuck half way in/out of her. and you may want to watch her, but kind of leave her alone at the same time because she could be a bit defensive at this point (i have crested geckos, and one of my girls will FREAK OUT if you come near her when she has just layed her eggs! )
