Introduction:)

Hey everyone, ive been a long time lurker to this forum to look up all my gecko and snake needs and decided to finally start posting! I was first intrigued by snakes but now it seems that my love for crested geckos is becoming an addiction... Here are all my babies, ive tried to identify morphs but i fail everytime i try to characterize my cresties. If any of you talented ppl could help that be great=)

This little guy was my first crested, his name is Henri...i was thinking hes a flame but i have no clue

This one is Kahlua, maybe a patternless??

My third little baby is named Mocha

And finally, this is my 3rd year anniversary gift from my boyfriend lol...her name is Miku and so far shes the biggest one i have

they are nice geckos!

here is my guess on the morphs

#1 partial pinstripe. maybe flame or harlequin. cant see the sides well. looks to have some dalmatian spots

#2 i have no clue but its cute :) looks to have some dalmatian spots

#3 harlequin, a few dalmatian spots

#4 harlequin. maybe partial pinstripe. it has nice crests!

im new to cresties so this is my guess. im no expert. so if im wrong im sorry lol

lol i forgot to try and determine their morphs!

the first one looks like it is a lavender! is that it’s dark or light color? i would also say it is a partial pinner

the second looks like a very light brindle/buckskin

the third looks like a flame, but because of the markings on the legs [can’t really see the side very well] s/he could end up being a harley as it’s colors come through more [this one also looks like a lavender! maybe the lighting?]

the last one is a definite harley!

they are all stunning!

you said the 3rd looks like flame because of the markings on its legs? i thought flames dont have patterning on their legs. the way i understand it one of the main differences between harlequins and flames is harlequins have patterning on the legs

no. i said that it looked like a flame at the moment, but because of the leg markings it could be a harley as it’s colors keep developing. at this camera angle though it is a little difficult to tell, but originally, what we call "extreme harleys" now, were originally just harleys, the ones who have minimal markings on the sides and legs were still considered flames because they did not have enough pattern[look at the rhac bible in the section on morphs, you will see some pictures of flames, who look similar to harleys, but they aren’t], just like what is now considered chocolate, slight brindle, snow cammo, or anything else that is one color, or has very minimal pattern was considered buckskin, but they started calling them different things because it covers a wide range of colors and slight patterns, and not many people wanted them as a result. i love buckskins personally though! i can’t ever find them anywhere though!

Heres a better picture of Mocha, though you cant really see his sides that well because of the lighting, ill have to do another photoshoot.

wow, he is so beautiful! his yellow is so clean and bright! is that the lighting, or is his yellow really that bright? i ahve heard of this new morph called neons, meaning they have some almost neon coloration to them, it looks like his yellow is neon yellow! lol, i didn’t think i would see one with such bright coloration!

4. Harlequin

A neon is usually patternless, but he does have some bright markings!

wouldnt 1,2,and 3 all be part dalmatian? i can see black spots on them all.

1 and 2 could both be considered dalmatians, though I would say 3 doesn’t have enough spotting just yet to be called one. 3 also doesn’t have the heavy patterning on the legs which determines whether or not it would be called a harlequin. 4 has lots of markings on the legs, and a lot more laterally, which is why I determined harlequin.
