 NEED HELP

i have owed a crested gecko a long time ago. I wanted another one and my friend bought what she thought was one from reptile show. But it looks diffrent to me. It has the same body and eyes of a crested gecko but the tail looks like a leopard gecko tail and it has no spikes by the eyes or back. What could this be? I am even afraid to touch it cause im not sure and i wanna find out what is for the proper care! Can anyone help me. I can send u a pic of it if this will help!

Why did your friend buy it if he/she didn’t know how to care for it, or know what it even is?????!?!?!?!?!?!? It is because of people like them that there are so many herps in rescues...
